In case you have placed and order by mistake or don’t want to go further with the order after the placement of the order, you can use our cancellation option. For all types of cancellation requests, you need to contact us. You can visit us at contact@oaknest.in.
Take note that we are providing cancellation of orders only for products that are ready-made. For made-to-order products or customized furniture products, you can cancel the product only before the shipping of the product.
You have to notify us if you want to cancel a custom-made product. The request has to be sent to us within the time frame of 24 hours after you have placed the order fully on the website. After this, we shall look forward to the query and will initiate the issue of the refund. If you are placing the cancellation request after 24 hours’ time window, we have the right to charge the order value as a re-stocking fee.
In case you are placing or initiating a cancellation request after the installation or delivery of the product, we reserve the right to charge as much as 100% of the order value of the product for cancellation.

Refunds after cancellation
When your cancellation is processed, the refund process is initiated within 48 hours of the request acceptance. The amount of refund for the prepaid orders done online or cards will be refunded in your account within 10 – 15 days. This is excluding the holidays of the bank. Also, the time is from the date on which the refund is initiated through the online account. The refund may also be done to the same card, until and unless any other account details or card details are submitted by the user. In the end, we will find the most suitable circumstances and will use that method for refunds, before making you aware of the facts. We always use safe and secure transaction and refund gateways so you need not worry about your money at any time. In any case, if your refund is delayed for more than 15 days, you can always contact our customer care and we shall find the ideal solution to your problem.
